ATMs
ATM's are available near each entrance gate.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
New for 2010! We are able to use wireless credit card machines at each gate and coupon booth. All major credit/debit cards will be accepted at the following locations: The entrance gate and coupon booth. There will be a $20 minimum purchase for all credit/debit card transactions.
CHECKS & REFUNDS
Checks are accepted (with a valid Texas driver's license) at all coupon booths. There is a $50 limit. Admission tickets and coupons are non-refundable.
COUPONS
All food and beverage items are purchased with coupons. Coupons sales end at 10:30 p.m. Coupons are available in 50¢ increments. Fives coupon booths are open on Friday and ten coupon booths are open on Saturday for your convenience (see map for exact locations).
FIRST AID
Bexar County Community Emergency Response Team volunteers are located at the Law Classroom Building across from the Soccer Field, and in the Pecan Grove.
FOOD & DRINK
Assorted items are available. All food and beverage must be purchased with coupons. Alcoholic beverage sales end at 10:30 p.m. Food and other beverage sales end at 11:00 p.m.
LOST CHILDREN/PROPERTY
Report lost children and articles to the Lost and Found Booth on Shuckie Street or at the Media/Information Booth (northwest corner of University Center). After the event, call (210) 436-3324 to make inquires about lost item(s).
PETS
Only pets that aid our physically challenged patrons are allowed onto the Fiesta Oyster Bake grounds.
SECURITY
Please report any problem or emergency to the nearest police officer immediately.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY
ADA approved Port-a-Johns and ramps are available.
